“Life is short” this is what we have been hearing for ages now! and in our hurry, we forget to live our life to the fullest.
But let me tell you something, life… is not short!
It’s a long journey, it’s a journey to an unknown destination, it’s a journey to attain something that really matters in the end!
But what is that?
What is that, that really matters?
What really matters, in the end, is “HAPPINESS”.
This happiness can only be achieved when we live life to its fullest!
Now, what does living life to its fullest mean?
Are we doing it?
If not, what is stopping us from doing it?
In the present world, we are not able to live life as the best of our lives! There are tons of factors that are affecting and stopping us from being in the best of our life!
Among those factors, the top one is the societal pressure, this has ruined millions of lives, every time we start to do something, pressure from around the world starts setting upon us, nobody lets us do or perceive something that is of our choice, even though we are quite confident about the decision and we get a sense that this is what gives us the best life.
Societal pressure stops us from being the way we want!
Second, on the list is our work life. Being completely indulged in our work life is not letting us see the real-world happiness, we are being satisfied with the materialistic happiness and consoling ourselves saying “I am living the best life”.
But you and I, both of us, know that this is not true and there is something else which can make us live the best of our life!
There are many more aspects that are affecting us from living a happy life, but these were on the top of everything!
Now a question, why should we live life to its fullest?
The answer to this question lies within you, you know that you are not living the way you love, you are making unnecessary adjustments in life, not because you want but somebody else wants that to happen and that’s not what you want.
When you leave all these, you will start living life to its fullest!
Now here are some ways which will help you live the best life.
Don’t live for others. Don’t choose your path in life based on the expectations set on you by others, whether it’s your parents, friends, or society in general.
There are 2 kinds of people, those who focus on what they can control, and those that focus on what they can’t.
When you focus on what you can control you will surely control it and start enjoying your life!
Don’t blame others for your failure – there’s always someone out there who has dealt the worst and made more of it than you did.
Don’t complain. If you’re not happy with something in your life, you can complain about it, or you can actively work to change it.
It’s OK to fail.
The only way to avoid failure is to not try anything.
Don’t be afraid to fail…that’s how you succeed.
Overcome the fear of failure by visualizing the worst-case scenario.
A great way to overcome failure fears is to confront your worst possible nightmare. Don’t gossip.
Sure, it might make you feel better about yourself, for the moment.
But this doesn’t give you internal happiness. Ignore the things you can’t (or won’t) change.
This makes you stay peacefully which eventually results into a happier life.
Change things.
You can make a difference – once you stop dismissing yourself.
Take care of your body.
Eat healthy when you can, get a good night’s sleep, and exercise.
