Time Travel is real.
Yes, you read it right. Time travel is real. We are time traveling all the time.
Some go back in time because they love to be in the past. Thinking about the good old days when everything was good, wishing nothing had changed. They romanticize with the past, hoping that they can re-live that time. Old is gold is their motto tattooed on their mind.
Some haunted to travel back to the bad days and live it. It shouldn’t have happened. Why did it happen? Why only to me? How could that have been avoided? How I could have done better. I Wish I had one more opportunity to correct it. It happened in the past, and it may happen again. Please, Universe, send someone to rescue me from the mess.
As we stay in the past, it affects our emotions. We feel sad, angry, frustrated in the present. These feelings cloud our thinking and acting capacity.
Then there are people traveling to the future. Wandering in the future in fear. They feel lost there. They worry about the worst thing that is going to happen next. There is the feeling of being hunted down by the current problems. The fear of the unknown drains their hope. They see the illusion of failure, their life crashing down.
This causes anxiety and stress and makes a person restless. This leads to doing nothing in the present and this impacts the future.
When you time travel often, you are absent from the present. This void increases the probability of disaster.
You waste and lose time. You are tired from the travel and emotions change. Traveling in the past makes us depressed.
Traveling to the future cause anxiety and stress.
Every ripple, every wave that rises in the mind, when it subsides, does not die out entirely, but leaves a mark and a future possibility of the wave reappearing. Every work that we do, every movement of the body, every thought that we think, leaves such an impression on the mind, and even when such impressions are not obvious on the surface, they are sufficiently strong to work beneath the surface, subconsciously.
What we are every moment is determined by the sum total of these impressions on the mind.
If you continuously hear negative words, think negative thoughts, and do negative actions, your mind will be full of negative impressions and they will influence your thoughts and work without you being conscious of it.
Similarly, if you think positive thoughts and does positive work, the sum total impressions will be positive.
If you want to change the future you need to be in the Present. Your past is a place to learn and grow, not a place to live.
You don’t have the power to change the past but you can change the future by consciously working in the present. You can make the most of the present.
Focus on the present. Learn more. Learn to be in control of your emotions. Learn new skills.
Make an effort. Practice more, Practice Regularly.
